What You'll Do Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning with full clinical autonomy Develop advanced skills in orthodontics, implant dentistry, oral surgery, and periodontics Collaborate on complex cases with a supportive, experienced multi-doctor team Build lasting relationships with patients who value exceptional care What You Bring DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) A strong clinical foundation and genuine commitment to lifelong learning Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Bonuses Compensation: $300,000-$400,000/hour
