Surgical Assistant/First Assist jobs at the facility in Middleburg Heights, OH let you work directly with surgeons in a modern operating room environment focused on patient safety and surgical excellence. The facility offers a collaborative culture and exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties.To qualify, you must be a graduate of an accredited surgical assistant or physician assistant program or be an international medical graduate. At least 3 years of recent experience as a Surgical Assistant is required. CPR certification is mandatory. You should be skilled in surgical anatomy, physiology, operative techniques, asepsis, infection control, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
