Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Outpatient Psychiatrist in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient-only psychiatry role serving adults and children
• Mission-driven behavioral health organization focused on long-term patient outcomes
• Evidence-based psychiatric care within collaborative clinical environment
• Fully supported outpatient setting designed to prioritize continuity of care and provider balance
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in established behavioral health program

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000+
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No inpatient call responsibilities mentioned

ROLE
• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Treat adult and pediatric patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health team
• Maintain evidence-based treatment planning and continuity of care
• Support long-term behavioral health outcomes within community-focused setting

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• DEA REQUIRED
• Ability to treat adult and pediatric outpatient populations REQUIRED
