Join a hospital team in San Antonio, TX as a traveling Physical Therapist. Provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient mobility, function, and safety. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory and facility standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records used in hospital environments.
• Additional certifications such as clinical specialty certifications or advanced manual therapy training are preferred.
