Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive salary plus commission/bonus. Compensation Salary $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus commission/bonus. Requirements Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills People‑oriented Self‑motivated Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Must be available to work the following schedule: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
