Cost Controller

MasTec is seeking a Cost Controller to support our Finance, Accounting & Administration department within the construction industry. In this role, you will develop and monitor project budgets, analyze job costs and variances, and provide accurate, timely reporting to project and finance leaders. You will partner closely with operations to control costs, assess financial risks, and support profitable decision-making on large-scale infrastructure projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with project accounting or cost control in construction or a related field.
