We're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Arvada, CO . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with inventory systems, and making a real impact on daily operations.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Location: Arvada, CO
- Shift: 1st Shift
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same! You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production by:
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the facility
- Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Research and resolve inventory issues quickly and accurately
- Move materials, supplies, and equipment between storage and production areas
- Return inventory to stock after production builds
- Generate inventory accuracy and cycle count reports
- Lead and assist with annual physical inventories
- Maintain inventory within warehouse "supermarket" locations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for inventory processes
- Coordinate inventory with third-party storage locations
- Help improve inventory systems and best practices across operations
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of inventory control or inventory management experience
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (JobBOSS2 is a plus)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Kanban systems
- Experience working with raw materials, including sheet metal, is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
