This is a creative, strategic, and operational leadership position responsible for designing emotionally powerful, five-star environments while executing with flawless precision.If you understand that excellence is not optional — it is the standard — this role is for you.What the Senior Event Manager Will OwnExperience Design & Elevated ExecutionThe Senior Event Manager will conceptualize and produce bespoke, five-star experiences that exceed the expectations of discerning, high-profile attendees.You will:Design immersive, emotionally impactful environments aligned with the Tony Robbins brand.Lead full lifecycle production: ideation, site selection, negotiation, design, production, logistics, and post-event refinement.Source world-class global venues — luxury resorts, private estates, yachts, exclusive-use properties, and iconic destinations.Curate elevated F&B programs, custom gifting, bespoke excursions, and concierge-level details.Ensure every touchpoint — arrival to departure — feels seamless, intentional, and extraordinary.High-Touch Relationship & Stakeholder LeadershipThe Senior Event Manager serves as a trusted liaison to:Luxury venues and premium vendorsPrivate concierge teams and security partnersVIP guests, executive assistants, and senior leadershipHigh-profile speakers and elite membersThis role requires exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
