Commercial Quality Controlled Substance Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead controlled substance compliance programs across distribution centers
- Manage DEA and state regulatory reporting, registrations, and documentation
- Oversee security programs and facility compliance with regulatory standards
- Direct DEA inspections, audits, and regulatory agency interactions
- Provide quality oversight for controlled substance storage, handling, and distribution
Requirements
- Expertise in DEA, FDA, and controlled substance regulations and compliance
- Experience managing regulatory inspections and agency interactions
- Knowledge of cGMP and GDP quality systems for pharmaceutical distribution
- Demonstrated ability to lead compliance programs and manage investigations
- Strong regulatory documentation and reporting experience
- Understanding of controlled substance security and diversion prevention
