Description
Definition:
Customer Service Rep greets and directs all patients and visitors as necessary, during regular business hours. Operates the Telephone System/Switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Creates or updates patient registration information.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent GED and two years related experience and/or training. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Service experience in hospital/outpatient settings and ECW experience preferred for certain locations.
