Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, Day Shift | School Year Position (Through June 2027)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to children ages birth to 5 across the assigned coverage area
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to address students' communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with program requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and early intervention planning as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience working with early childhood or birth-to-5 populations
• Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a school-based or early intervention setting
• Familiarity with IEP development and early childhood special education processes
• Experience serving the Ashland/Medford region or similar rural/mixed coverage areas
