About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and scaling of operational frameworks within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about strategy, process improvement, and driving meaningful change. Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning and operating rhythms, managing business process design and improvement, and driving cross-functional strategy and program management. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for executive operations, decision support, and will serve as a key collaborator with the CEO, COO, and executive team. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business operations, operational excellence, program management, strategy and planning, or related fields, preferably within a technology or high-growth company. The role requires a data-driven individual with advanced organizational and analytical skills, and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at building executive-level deliverables, and have experience in change management. An MBA or top-tier consulting experience is a plus, and the candidate should be efficiency-focused, with a strong affinity for the use of AI and technology.
