Promote, work, and act consistently with the mission of To Go Stores LLC.

Supervise and observe the dining experience of customers to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.

Collect customer bills.

Write customer food orders and enter orders into computers to transmit them to the kitchen.

Prepare accounts detailing and totaling the costs of meals, beverages, and sales tax.

Take food or beverage orders from customers.

Verify the identification of customers to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Serve food and beverages to customers.

Prepare or serve special dishes and beverages at tables as needed.

Present menus to customers and answer questions about the menu, drinks, and other restaurant services.

Inform customers about menu changes, daily specials, and make recommendations that you feel your customers will enjoy.

Clean tables before, during, and after customers consume meals and beverages.

Prepare hot, cold, mixed drinks, and chill wine bottles for customers.

Roll silverware, prepare the waiter station, and set up dining areas for upcoming service.

Stock service areas with supplies, dishes, silverware, and napkins.

Explain to customers how various menu items are prepared, describing the ingredients and cooking methods.

Prepare tables for service, including silverware and glassware.

Remove dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen and bar for cleaning.

Assist the host answering phones for reservations, takeout orders, receiving, seating, and thanking customers. Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, tidying the waiter station, taking out trash, checking, and cleaning the restroom. Deliver wine selections to tables with appropriate glasses and serve wines to customers. Perform food preparation tasks, such as preparing salads, appetizers, cold dishes, desserts, and making coffee if necessary. Accompany customers to their tables. Refill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments, and napkins as needed. Describe and recommend wines to customers. Thank customers for their visit and invite them to return. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement. Help other employees meet customer needs and support restaurant operations. Support coworkers as needed to ensure customer service standards and efficient operations.
