Impactful Foster Care Family Advocate

Graham Windham is hiring Family Advocates to support parents with children in foster care, helping them navigate the system, make decisions, and pursue reunification. Advocates will work within a team, attend Family Team Conferences, and collaborate with Rise and ACS to provide trauma-informed support and resources. Training will be provided as part of the role.
