This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career construction professional who wants exposure to larger, more technically challenging projects and a defined path toward Project Manager responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with project execution and coordination
• Track RFIs, submittals, procurement, changes, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel
• Support cost, schedule, quality, and closeout activities
• Participate in owner, design-team, and subcontractor meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Early-career GC/construction experience preferred
• Project Engineer, Field Engineer, and Assistant PM backgrounds welcomed
• Strong communication and organizational ability
• Open to project travel/assignments
