TitleDental hygienist
Job Description Comprehensive Patient Care: Deliver high-quality dental hygiene treatment, including routine cleanings, deep scaling, root planing, and comprehensive oral cancer screenings.
Clinical Workflow Optimization: Utilize Dentrix practice management software to accurately chart patient health history, periodontal measurements, and clinical notes.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and local infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Patient Education: Act as a preventative healthcare advocate, communicating clearly with patients regarding their oral hygiene status and customized home-care routines.
Team Collaboration: Work dynamically with cross-functional dental teams, including dental assistants and office coordinators, to provide seamless patient flow.

Shift & ScheduleDays Needed: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Requirements- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Dentrix
- Eaglesoft
- Licensed dental hygienist
- Open Dental
Licensure: Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certifications: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / CPR certification.
Software: Experience with or a strong willingness to learn Dentrix dental software.
Experience Level: Open to all experience levels! We warmly welcome enthusiastic new graduates from accredited dental hygiene programs as well as seasoned professionals.
Soft Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to granular detail, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
