Receptionist Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
• Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism
• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed
• Maintain the cash box and accurately record resident trust account transactions

Receptionist Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative or office experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior living or long term care setting preferred
• Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage interruptions required
