Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Vision insurance Position Summary This job involves a specialized focus as an HVAC Service Technician, meaning you will be primarily responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling and ventilation systems in existing buildings. Your work will include diagnosing and servicing a wide variety of units, such as air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, ductless systems and water heaters, along with repairing or replacing their key components like electric motors, compressors and heat pumps. You'll also handle comprehensive preventative maintenance on these systems, which includes servicing related equipment like intake fans, humidifiers and RTUs (rooftop units), ensuring the entire system continues to operate safely and efficiently as a seamless, high-performance unit. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience with current HVAC equipment, including light commercial Hold a valid driver license Maintain an insurable driving record Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Able to communicate with customers Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work in confined spaces and in all types of weather #J-18808-Ljbffr
