ENCAP, Inc. is seeking an Ecological Restoration Foreman for a full-time, on-site role in DeKalb, IL. The candidate will lead field crews in restoring ecosystems, managing daily site activities, and coordinating with supervisors to meet project goals. The ideal applicant has a natural resources degree, 5+ years in restoration, and the ability to operate tools and lift heavy loads in varying outdoor conditions.
