Traveler Nurse

Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

ORIENTATION SCHEDULE

every Monday

Requirement:

• 2 years experience in Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele - (FLOAT: may float to ED, ICU - must be comfortable with these) [required]
• 1st time traveler accepted with at least 3 years of Nursing experience
• Drips on Unit: cardiac, heparin, insulin, some titration [required]
• EPIC EMR experience [required]
• State license [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]

· Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]

· License verification [required]

· Copy of required certifications

· References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]

**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. **Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction***
