Roles & Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters, divorce proceedings, and related civil litigation cases.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal advice, negotiate resolutions, and advocate for client interests.
Maintain strong client communication and build professional relationships with courts and legal communities.
Manage case workload effectively while meeting billable hour expectations and quality standards.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the applicable state bar.
3+ years of experience in legal services, family law, and/or civil litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
