Our outpatient fitness center in Valencia is 2nd to none! We took over a full, 2 story gym and turned it into a Physical Therapists dream. With 11 private rooms just for Pelvic, top of the line equipment, full functioning gym, swimming pool, Pilates machines, etc: You will have everything you need to treat your Pelvic patients; this is the facility you want to work at. How Confluent Health Supports You Comprehensive mentorship and career development - Paid Continued Education with Evidence In Motion Leadership and talent development opportunities 401(k) with a 4% Employer Match Responsibilities Reviewing patients medical history Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed Qualifications Passion around serving others AHA BLS required Current California license as a Physical Therapist 1 Full year of Pelvic experience About Compensation: $53 - $60/hour + free continued education thru Evidence In Motion and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
