Responsibilities: Quote and sell Property & Casualty and eventually Life & Health policies Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Must have a current Property & Casualty License Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service/sales experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English required Training & Development: We provide continued training and development courses to help hone your skills as a licensed insurance professional.
