CFD Engineer

To support AI training initiatives, the part-time CFD Engineer will help train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks by setting up simulations, building verified reference solutions, and writing Python checks for results, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Train and evaluate AI agents on fluid simulation tasks using CAD geometry Set up and run simulations, ensuring accurate and verified reference solutions Write Python checks to validate the results produced by AI agents Required qualifications A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; a PhD is preferred Several years of hands-on industry or research experience in CFD with tools like OpenFOAM or ANSYS Fluent Strong verification and validation practices, including mesh-independence studies Proficiency in Python and familiarity with GitHub English language proficiency at B2 level or above
