Job Title

Travel RN – PACU / Recovery Room

Contract | Travel | Days | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients in the PACU / Recovery Room setting
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications and interventions as ordered, ensuring patient safety and comfort during the recovery phase
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of PACU or post-anesthesia care nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or acute care hospital environment
• ACLS certification preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus
