Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, backgrounds, and specific treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that resonate with clients’ unique needs and actively involve them in the process.
• Establish and foster therapeutic relationships with clients, emphasizing trust, collaboration, and support throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain a strong commitment to confidentiality while adhering to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve clients undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. This includes individuals dealing with co-occurring mental health issues, as well as those seeking to improve their emotional health and interpersonal relationships. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these clients develop coping mechanisms, enhance their personal growth, and achieve lasting recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within a detox or substance use treatment setting.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and professional rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with adult populations in crisis situations, particularly in detox environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to addiction treatment and recovery.
• Knowledge of community resources available to support clients post-detox.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
