Opportunity: Direct Hire
Compensation: $23 -$25/hour
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (occasional overtime)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing customer orders and materials
• Receive incoming packages, supplies, freight and materials
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders, packing slips, invoices or other documentation
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as needed
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information accurately in the computer system
• Prepare and maintain shipping records, labels, bills of lading and other required paperwork
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to support timely deliveries and shipments
• Move, organize, stock, and stage materials in the warehouse as needed
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse area

Qualifications:

• Basic or intermediate computer skills
• Ability to accurately enter information and maintain records
• Ability to communicate with carriers, vendors, drivers, and coworkers in a professional manner
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must follow company safety procedures
• Certified to operate a forklift or willing to become certified
• Lift requirement up to 50 pounds
