Dealer Trade Driver
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Dealer Trade Driver to join the Auffenberg Dealer Group team in Shiloh IL. This role is an on call / as-needed position. You will have the ability to accept/decline shifts. No set schedule or minimum hours. Opportunity for supplemental income while still having flexibility of schedule. Perfect for retirees, students or anyone wanting part time flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations
- Properly secure vehicles for transport, including trailer handling
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after transport
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- DOT certification qualifications are needed
- Experience handling and securing vehicles safely on the trailer (physical ability to do so)
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
