Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including backend services, frontend development, cloud technologies, API design, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• 3 years of experience with React.js development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and React Hooks.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Financial Services or Capital Markets domain experience is highly preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java and React.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and QA teams to define technical solutions.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
