- Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change
- Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs
- Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability
- Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction
- Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry
- Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority
- High school diploma and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
