Progressive Care Nurse

Job Title: Progressive Care Nurse

Shift: Night 12 Hours per Shift: 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, strong IMC nurse, at least 2 previous travel assignments

License: RN License required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred

Must-Have: Vent experience, IMC experience, dysrhythmia management, EPIC proficiency

Description: The unit population includes high acuity cardiac and pulmonary patients. Nurses will be responsible for delivering care in an Intermediate Care environment for adults. Experience with high acuity patients is essential. Every other weekend and holidays as needed are required. Nurses will float as needed to various departments including Progressive Care, IMC, and Med Surg. Strong candidates will have critical care certification and trauma course training preferred. Patient ratios include PCU 1:4 and IMC 1:3.
