Operations AssociateAs an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for executing all client requests post investment, relating to cash movement. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.In this role, you'll get to:Execute client distribution requests via custodial systemExecute client liquidation requests via custodial systemExecute client requested model changes in Brinker systems to ensure accounts are traded properlyEstablish systematic withdrawal plans via custodial systemEstablish systematic contribution plans via custodial systemEstablish standing payment bank instructions via custodial systemReview custodial reporting daily to ensure Brinker Capital systems are updated properlyWe're looking for talent who:Has ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detailPosses ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing prioritiesHas minimum high school degree or equivalent and prefer a bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldHas minimum of 1 years of experience in related roleOwns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationRecommended Skills: Client-Centric, Effective Communication, Innovation, Operations Processes, Technical Proficiency, Time Management, Work CollaborativelySalary Range: $18.15 - $25.56The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
