Provider Relations Representative

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PROVIDER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE IN HOUSTON, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Provider Relations Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for supporting healthcare providers by resolving inquiries, providing education, and ensuring a positive provider experience through effective communication and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location $19.69/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full-time Located in Houston, Texas Duties and Responsibilities Resolve provider inquiries related to claims, authorizations, contracts, eligibility, and participation. Investigate and resolve provider and member concerns while documenting all interactions. Educate new and existing providers on policies, procedures, and provider portal resources. Respond to provider support requests and identify ongoing educational opportunities. Maintain knowledge of provider systems, including QNXT and CACTUS. Communicate professionally with providers, leadership, and internal departments. Support departmental goals, process improvements, and other assigned projects. Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in provider relations, healthcare, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn healthcare management systems. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to work in an office environment and perform computer-based work for extended periods.
