Our Challenge We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform. Additional Information Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX/Jersey City, NJ is $130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below). Role Responsibilities Run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, retros). Remove blockers and facilitate cross‑team coordination. Track velocity and delivery metrics. Support onboarding of new engineers into agile. Requirements 7+ years Scrum Master experience in software engineering environments. CSM/PSM certification preferred. Experience with distributed/multi‑geography teams. Familiarity with blockchain/fintech delivery a plus. Benefits & Perks A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
