We’re hiring for a Senior Data Scientist who is a skilled specialist in Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning modeling, with a highly curious and adaptable mindset, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.

Must Haves:
Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
Data Scientist familiar with Large Language Models (LLMs) or NLP, including LSTM original language models.
Recent experience with LLMs preferred, but not required to build from scratch.
Proficient in constructing regression models and utilizing classic statistical techniques.
Hands-on experience with advanced machine learning techniques.
Experience in both research-based and production-level environments.

Responsibilities:
Fine-tune pre-trained language models for generative AI applications.
Research techniques to optimize LLM training and serving, improving model quality.
Develop and deploy LLMs for diverse content generation tasks.
Share findings with colleagues on related projects.
Stay updated on NLP and LLM advancements, applying novel methods to enhance models.
Monitor industry trends and innovative LLM applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve model training and deployment issues.
Collaborate with product teams for smooth, high-quality product delivery, balancing short-term goals and long-term growth.
