Opportunity
They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their ground-up construction division. Hands on, specialized training will be provided to support both personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside field staff to maintain an updated project schedule
- Analyze financials
- Assist in development of client and subcontractor relations
- Administer requisitioning and collections processes with payments
- Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher / relevant experience within a GC
• Preferably 2+ years of construction experience
