Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience with Impella and Balloon Pump technologies, along with proficiency in the EPIC electronic health record system. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an acute care facility setting. Key Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to patients, including those requiring advanced cardiac support devices.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Utilize the EPIC system for maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and health management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Must have current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
