HR Generalist II

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist II to join a Fortune 100 company and provide support across a variety of Human Resources functions. This role will work closely with employees, managers, and internal HR teams to address HR inquiries, manage cases, and support employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support employee relations cases and workplace investigations Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries Assist with performance management and compensation-related matters Research HR policies, processes, and case details to determine appropriate next steps Collect and analyze HR information and provide recommendations Maintain accurate case documentation and follow established procedures Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compensation, and other internal teams Communicate professionally with employees and managers throughout the case process Manage multiple cases and priorities while ensuring timely resolution Qualifications: 2–4 years of HR or related experience Experience supporting employee relations and/or workplace investigations Familiarity with performance management and compensation processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong research, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Tundra Technical Solutions
