We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments. Conduct oral health assessments and document findings. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays). Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. Assist dentists in diagnosing and treating dental conditions. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes. Follow infection control and sterilization procedures. Build positive relationships with patients and help ensure a comfortable experience. Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in TN. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
