About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our team in Randersacker. This full-time leadership role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to onboarding new employees. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting top candidates through various channels, including active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and Xing, creating engaging job advertisements, and conducting initial interviews. Your role will also encompass employer branding initiatives, ensuring SOMNOmedics AG remains an attractive employer in the competitive medical technology industry. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless integration into our organization. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on Human Resources or related fields. Prior experience in recruiting or active sourcing is essential, preferably with familiarity in applicant management systems such as softgarden. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for modern recruiting methods, and a genuine interest in engaging with people are critical for success. The role requires a structured and independent work approach, along with proficiency in digital recruiting tools and social media platforms. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to operate effectively in our international environment. A passion for innovative HR practices and a commitment to continuous learning will set candidates apart.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across various channels to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and other relevant networks to identify potential talent.
• Review incoming applications, perform preliminary screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct telephone and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and organize in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Enhance employer branding efforts by maintaining and developing the company's career page and social media presence.
• Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and university collaborations to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Conduct feedback sessions during the probation period to support new hires' successful integration.
