Responsibilities Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams; helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; remains flexible and willing to assist in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick‑up orders, training and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise and resolving issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy and applying them in business processes. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; adapts to and learns from change, difficulties and feedback. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed period if hired. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
