Starting at the entry level, you'll gain a thorough understanding of the product line, manufacturing processes, and production philosophy while learning essential assembly and manufacturing skills.ResponsibilitiesLearn and understand the product line, manufacturing processes, and company philosophy.Perform assembly tasks at designated workstations within required production cycle times.Build and complete sub-assemblies within established tolerances.Assemble components requiring multiple assembly steps.Utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power-assisted equipment safely and effectively.Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematic drawings.Inspect products for quality and identify potential issues.Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly and production problems.Cross-train across multiple workstations.Assist with training and mentoring new employees as skills progress.QualificationsMechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools is a plus.Ability to read detailed measurements and perform basic arithmetic calculations.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to learn safety procedures, continuous improvement practices, and lean manufacturing concepts.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the shift.Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver medium to heavy objects.Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks.Why Join Us?Competitive pay: $23-$25/hourConsistent Monday-Thursday scheduleOvertime opportunities available on FridaysCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesHands-on training and skill developmentSupportive team environmentOn-site first aid and ergonomic supportWork EnvironmentThis position is located in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.
