Associate Veterinarian Opportunity

Sheffield Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our collaborative and community-focused team in London, Ohio. What You'll Do

• Provide wellness, preventive, and medical care for small animal patients
• Diagnose and manage sick and urgent care cases
• Perform soft tissue surgeries and dentistry
• Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the hospital's strong community presence
• Collaborate with a skilled support team to deliver high-quality medicine
• Help mentor team members and contribute to practice growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• DVM or equivalent, licensed (or eligible) in Ohio
• Experienced veterinarian comfortable with surgery and dentistry
• Confident managing a diverse caseload and working independently
• Strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships
• Interest in mentoring, leadership, and practice development
• Desire to grow professionally with potential for future chief of staff responsibilities

While experienced veterinarians are preferred, we are also open to speaking with motivated candidates seeking mentorship and long-term career growth.

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day work week (approximately 40 hours)
• Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance
• Rotating Saturdays (approximately two per month)
