Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Cloud Consulting

Develop hypotheses against complex opportunity areas, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and drive action to power the business.Develop, run and maintain business operational cadence and processes to improve business performance.Own large, complex projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables, while proactively identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.Support regional teams in issues to enable a common set of processes and insights.Communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders in a structured and compelling manner.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.Experience creating insights using business analytics, and presenting findings and recommendations.Preferred qualifications:MBA or Master's degree.Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, responding to, coordinating, and managing a large number of executive stakeholders.Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.Experience building lasting relationships and a proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a changing environment.Experience driving strategic assessments across products or regions to address opportunity areas and recommending a way forward alongside resource requirements.A proven ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.In this role, you will leverage your communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
