Job Summary

A growing food and beverage production operation in Riverside, CA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This management-level role is ideal for a hands-on logistics leader who can oversee warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, lead teams, and support timely movement of products through a fast-paced production environment.

The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in building a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, storage organization, and order fulfillment.
- Manage warehouse staff by assigning work, providing training, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, reduce discrepancies, support stock rotation, and implement quality checks to protect product integrity.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order processing.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, generate performance reports, identify operational trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain a safe, organized warehouse layout that supports efficient picking, storage, and material flow.
