Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to help rebuild a platform that manages and supports websites for dental practices. This is a challenging, high-impact role where you'll work closely with the Sr. Architect to solve problems, add new functionality, and ensure scalability as customers are migrated onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Full stack development with .NET (C#), Angular, and SQL Server


Front-end focus on Angular for building responsive web apps


Develop, debug, and enhance platform functionality


Collaborate with the Sr. Architect to design scalable solutions


Troubleshoot and resolve performance and stability issues

Required Skills:
• Strong experience with .NET (C#)
• Deep expertise in Angular
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server Database (queries, stored procedures, optimization)
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:
• Experience with SaaS platforms or customer migrations
• Background in fast-paced or startup environments

?Manager Notes:

Building a software platform for a small company at Careington that they recently sold. The company is Launch Loyalty and their platform can't support the new customers being added because the system wasn't built well. So they need a Full Stack Developer and a Mid-Level Developer to come in and figure out how things work, solve problems, put new logic in....will be someone that wants a challenge.

The platform is used to build websites for dentists when they open up at a new location. They build and start up their websites for these dentist offices. They manage, build and support their websites from this software platform and then the dentist become part of their network. Right now they are using Careingtons platform to add customers until the new software platform can be built....so this is an urgent need. The intention is to move the Careington customers over that are at Launch Loyalty to the new software platform...Careington will support it until it is completed.
• Sr. Level .Net with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Stack
• This full stack developer will work with the Sr. Architect and needs to be a strong hands-on lead that can get in the weeds, not just oversee the project
• Needs to be a strong voice in the room
• Very hands-on, self-starter that can adapt and learn a new system
• Must be a full stack developer with .Net, Angular and SQL Server Database on the back end
• Websites built in Legacy
