Every properly stocked truck, every organized inventory system, every accurately received shipment, and every efficiently managed warehouse directly impacts our ability to serve clients without interruption. You’ll support a commercial operation that serves facilities across multiple industries while helping maintain over $2.5 million in inventory and supporting up to 50 technicians and 40 fleet vehicles. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory and materials Pull parts, tools, and equipment for technicians and project teams Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization Support purchasing activities and material replenishment efforts Coordinate shipping, receiving, returns, and vendor deliveries Assist with fleet support, equipment tracking, and warehouse logistics Continuously optimize warehouse layout and storage efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, professional warehouse environment Utilize ServiceTrade and Google Suite to communicate and coordinate activities Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively Lift, move, and mobilize tools, materials, and equipment up to 50 pounds What You Need To Succeed 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision High level of personal accountability and follow-through Computer literacy and comfort learning operational software systems Strong communication skills with technicians, vendors, and office personnel Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively Ability to maintain professionalism when working with strong personalities Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting up to 50 pounds Hungry, humble, and smart mindset Strong alignment with Airlogix's values of Service, Solutions, Integrity, Character, and Legacy Join the Team If you're the type of person who takes pride in organization, ownership, and execution—and you're looking for an opportunity to build a meaningful career with a growing commercial HVAC company,we want to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr AirLogix
