Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, blueprints, and work orders; strong measurement and layout skills. Experience using fabrication tools and equipment such as saws, cutting torches, grinders, and hand tools. Knowledge of general shop safety practices and safe material handling procedures. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials, and work in an industrial environment. Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team in a production setting.
