Talento Search Group is seeking a strong Engineering Supervisor for our client in the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. This is a direct hire position.

• Oversight of engineering personnel to include training, coaching, corrective actions, and development plans
• Review of customer specifications for manufacturing viability and system compliance (BOMs, work instructions, process sheets, etc.)
• Drive lean manufacturing, FABs, process improvements, quality compliance and collaborating with other departments
• Ensure all documentation / electronic systems are update to date and accurate

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in an Engineering role - preferably 2 years as a lead
• Associates Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's preferred) or related field
• Knowledgeable with ISO / AS/ IPC / JSTD standards
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts
• Ability to pass stringent pre-employment screenings
• Experience with electromechanical manufacturing highly preferred
