Supervisor, Building Services

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Building Services Supervisor in Bedford, New Hampshire to oversee daily facilities operations, manage maintenance trades and custodial services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of maintenance trades, custodial, grounds, and building services
• Organize and prioritize maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance scheduling
• Coordinate facility shutdowns, contractor schedules, and equipment inspections for code compliance
• Manage cGMP documentation, quality incident investigations, and CAPA completion
• Foster safety awareness, promote housekeeping standards, and ensure audit-ready facility conditions

Requirements

• AS/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in GMP facility technical role
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, steam systems, chillers, pumps, WFI, RODI equipment
• In-depth understanding of cGMP requirements and FDA, EPA, OSHA regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management systems (RAM)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work in cleanroom/ISO environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
